By accessing and using Make AI Voice's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not upload, generate, or attempt to generate content that:
We screen prompts automatically before generation. Requests that match our prohibited-content rules are refused and are not sent to our model providers. Where a request clearly and unambiguously breaches section 4.1, the account is suspended automatically. The full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
When you upload a file, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that anyone recognisable in it has agreed. Anyone can report content that breaks these rules at makeaivoice.com/report.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to refuse any request, remove or disable access to any content, suspend or terminate any account, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
If we suspend or terminate a paid account under this section, we refund what you have paid us. We do this on our own initiative — you do not have to ask. We may refund either the full amount or the unused portion at our discretion; our standard practice is to refund in full, including credit packs that would not otherwise be refundable under section 6.
A refund does not reinstate the account, and it does not limit our ability to keep records of the activity or to report it where the law requires us to.
If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us and we will review it. Automated filters are imperfect and we would rather fix a wrong call than leave it standing.
You are solely responsible for the text you submit and the audio you generate, including how you publish it. You confirm that you have the rights to the text you submit, and that you will not use generated audio to impersonate a real person or to deceive listeners.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the content you upload or generate, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio you generate. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Who processes your payment. Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited), which acts as the merchant of record: it sells the order to you, handles payment and sales tax, and its name may appear on your card statement.
When you generate, we use whichever of your plan credits and free credits expire sooner first, and purchased credits last. Your credits panel shows them in that order.
Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are already in. If a plan is not what you expected, contact us within 3 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
Credit packs. Credits bought in a pack never expire, which is why we do not refund packs on request.
If we suspend your account. Whatever the reason, we refund everything you have paid us, on our own initiative and without you having to ask. This covers subscriptions and credit packs alike. See section 4.3.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.
Our platform, technology, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.
Make AI Voice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
If the account we terminate is a paid one, we refund what you have paid — see sections 4.3 and 6.2. If you think we got it wrong, email support@makeaivoice.com and we will review it. Our filters are automated and imperfect; we would rather reverse a wrong call than defend it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Make AI Voice is operated by an individual, not an incorporated company. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction there.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer protection right you have under the mandatory laws of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
