1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload content, or contact us for support. This may include:

• Account information (your name and email address, from Google Sign-In)
• The text you submit for speech generation and the audio generated from it
• Usage data and preferences
• Communication with our support team

1.1 Technical information collected automatically

To keep free credits available to real users, we automatically collect a limited set of technical signals when you sign up and when you sign in:

• IP address, the country it resolves to, and your network operator (ASN)
• Browser user agent, screen size, time zone, and language settings
• A device identifier derived from these signals. It is a one-way value used only to recognise that two accounts came from the same device — it cannot be reversed to identify you personally

We use these solely to detect and prevent abuse of our free tier. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking.

1.2 Text you submit and audio we generate

To generate speech, we send the text you submit and your voice settings to the AI model provider we run on, which returns the audio file. We store your text and a link to the generated audio in your account so you can find it in My Audio. We do not use your text or audio to train any model.

Speech to text. When you transcribe a file, it is converted in your browser and sent in short pieces to our speech-recognition provider (Cloudflare Workers AI). We don't store the audio or the transcript. To enforce daily free limits we record how many minutes were transcribed per account — or, without an account, per a one-way hash of your IP address.

Voice cloning recordings. If you clone your voice, we store your recording, the passage you read and an automatic transcript of it, to create the voice and as a record that you consented. The recording is sent to our AI voice providers (fal.ai, and MiniMax for HD voices) to create and use the voice. It is never used to train models, is private to your account, and is deleted when you delete the voice or your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our AI speech generation services
• Process your speech generation requests
• Send you important updates about our service
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Ensure the security and integrity of our platform

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers who assist in our operations

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Export your data

When you create an account we send one welcome email. Daily check-in and account balance reminders are sent only if you turn them on (from the welcome email, the daily check-in window, or your account settings). Every one of them has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off again from the same places. We send these emails through Resend, which processes your email address on our behalf.

5.1 If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with similar laws

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we process it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from account settings, which removes your profile, your generations. To stop the free sign-up credits from being claimed again with the same account or device, we keep the technical signals described in section 1.1 and a one-way, keyed hash of your email address (not the address itself) for up to 12 months after deletion, and use them only to decide whether a new account gets the sign-up bonus. After that they are deleted automatically.

Our legal basis for processing is performance of our contract with you (to run the service you asked for) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the free tier. To exercise any of these rights, or to complain to a supervisory authority, contact us using the details in section 10.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and provide personalized content. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

If you are not signed in, we may show Google's “Continue as” sign-in prompt, which loads a script from Google. We don't show it to visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland. Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us only if you choose to continue. See our cookie policy for the cookies we use.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page.
